About CenterState Bank
Nearly 20 years ago, a group of like-minded banks formed in several Central Florida communities. Our Executive Chairman, Ernie Pinner, formed a bank holding company, brought these banks together in 2000, and in doing so, solidified our central tenants of culture, growth, acquisition, customer service, and a healthy respect for risk. Fast forward to 2019 – strong organic growth and almost 30 acquisitions later, CenterState Bank is now in the 75th largest bank in the U.S. covering Florida, Georgia and Alabama. Our size allows us to offer world-class products while our DNA makes us laser-focused on providing local decision making to support a remarkable experience for our customers.

Faith & Family
As a community bank, CenterState drives decision making at the local community level. We are best described as a family of small banks led by local community presidents. Our business structure is designed to value the unique character of the communities we serve and to encourage decision making by the banker that is closest to the action. We approach business decisions with an emphasis on long term growth, sustainable profits and the career development of our officers and staff. We will not sacrifice credit quality for short term gain. We will exceed our clients’ expectations by anticipating their needs and responding with a sense of urgency. Each of us has the freedom, authority and responsibility to do the right thing for our clients. Our bank is built on life-long friendships. We communicate with candor and transparency. We believe that the relationship is more valuable than the transaction. Commitment to our faith and families is fundamental to the overall culture of our institution.
